A Memorial time for Kathy Pruden, 76, will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 7, 2026, in Post Cemetery, Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Kathleen "Kathy" Ann Pruden was born on February 16, 1950, to Emil and Margaret Tepfer in St. Louis, Missouri. She passed away on July 30th, 2026, in Lawton, Oklahoma.

In November of 1967, Kathy married the love of her life, Eddie Dean Pruden, and together they had three children. Kathy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her love, laughter, and presence will forever remain.

Kathy is survived by her son Patrick and wife Dawn Pruden of Wichita, Kansas; her son David Pruden of Norman, Oklahoma; her daughter Sandy Carl and husband Rick Carl of Lawton, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Tyler Carl and wife Blanca Carl of Fort Jackson, South Carolina; Megan Farmer of Marlow, Oklahoma; Caitlyn Easly and husband Alex Easly of Central High, Oklahoma; Collin Pruden of Wichita, Kansas; and Brittany Pruden; her great-grandchildren Andy and Eli Carl; and Waylon and Hank Farmer; along with numerous friends who will cherish her memory.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents Emil and Margaret Tepfer; her husband, Eddie Dean Pruden; and her grandson, Wade Wilson Farmer.
