Age 71, Lawton - Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday at Cameron Baptist Church with Rev. Rodger Arter, pastor of Byng First Freewill Baptist Church, Byng, Oklahoma and J. W. Keesee officiating. Mrs. Whitehead died Sunday in a local hospital. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. She was born September 4, 1937 in Walters to Audry and Gladys (Johnson) Crow. She married Tommy L. Whitehead on September 4, 1955 in Lawton. He died June 8, 1994. Mrs. Whitehead retired as a secretary at Central Junior High School after many years of service. She was a member of Cameron Baptist Church and had been attending Crystal Hills Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons and their spouses, Tommy W. and Melissa Whitehead and Brian K. and Nickie Whitehead, all of Cache, six grandchildren, Tori Whitehead, Stephanie Whitehead, Zachary Whitehead, Morgan Whitehead, Brigette Banks and Landon Whitehead, five great grandchildren, Madison Coats, Makylah Whitehead, Makenna Whitehead, Camille Whitehead and Cameron Whitehead, a brother, Richard Crow and his wife Mary, Geronimo, a brother-in-law, Keith Whitehead and his wife Sheryl, Cache, two sisters-in-law, Evalena Simmons, Geronimo and Jeanie Crow, Lawton and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband and two brothers, Larry Crow and Gary Don Crow.
