Judy Ann Foutch age 68 passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at St. Anthony Hospital in Denver, CO.

A celebration of life service will be held locally at a later date.

Judy was born March 29, 1948 in Lawton, OK to Thurman "Shorty" and Dorothy (Coley) Belcher.  She married Robert "Bobby" Foutch July 9, 1964 in Lawton, OK. They made their home in Guymon, OK, later  moving to Cottonwood, AZ for 16 years before moving back to the Oklahoma Panhandle area.  In 2009 Judy returned to Lawton to be close to her family when Bobby became ill.   In November 2015 she moved to Ulysses, KS to be close to her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Judy enjoyed playing bingo, going to garage sales, a good game of cards or board games, with Scrabble being one of her favorites.

Survivors include daughters Tammy McMurtry and husband Michael and Tawnya Foutch, grandchildren Tiffany McKinley, Skyler McKinley, Aerial Foutch, Tianna Foutch and Shamira Findley, four great grandchildren, four sisters, Ruth Coppock, Sandra Williamson and her husband Ray, Nona Brown and Debbie Bomgardner and her husband Glenn, one brother, Bill Belcher and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Bobby" Foutch, stillborn daughter Prudence Foutch, parents Shorty and Dorothy Belcher, 3 brothers Albert, Jerry and Donald Belcher and grandson Shadow Findley.
