Funeral service for Judith Patnode will be 9:30 A.M. Thursday, November 16, 2017 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin.

Judith Patnode, age 55, Lawton, passed away on November 11, 2017 at her residence.

She was born June 26, 1962 in Langenau, Germany to Adolf and Theresa Koch. She married Dennis Patnode on April 2, 1982 in Neu Ulm, Germany.  Judith was a loving, supportive, and proud military wife, mother, and grandmother. She continued to serve the military long after her husband retired from active duty.  She worked the last 13 years at Leonard Studio at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, photographing and processing portraits for new Army recruits, work of which she was most proud of.

She is survived by her husband Dennis of the home, their 3 children; son Benjamin Patnode of Colorado Springs, CO, daughter Rebecca Patnode of Lawton, son Steven Patnode and daughter in law Heather of Lawton; daughter in law Alicia Webster of Cache; 3 grandchildren; Jacob Patnode, Joshua Patnode, and Reagan Patnode; her brother Uwe Koch and mother Theresa Koch, both of Langenau, Germany.

She is preceded in death by her father Adolf Koch.
