Jubilee Heather Rose Barfield, 25, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. She was born on April 15, 2000, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Shawn Barfield and the late Cherromyne Barfield.
Jubilee was known for her kind heart and was truly one of the sweetest people anyone could meet. Although she was shy and preferred not to speak with strangers, she left a profound impact on those she felt comfortable with. Throughout her life, Jubilee cherished many friendships, especially with her childhood friends Nikki, Lani, and Kayleigh. She often recounted stories of their adventures and the wonderful experiences they shared together.
Jubilee had a deep love for animals and cared for many pets over the years, treating them as valued family members. Ferrets held a particularly special place in her heart.
Her passion for art was evident in her joy of drawing, sculpting, painting, crocheting, and music. Jubilee's creative talents extended into her successful nail technician business. Her art was a direct connection to who she was inside and out.
Jubilee met her partner of four years, Hector Jimenez, in Lawton, where they experienced love at first sight. She was everything that was missing in his life and stood by him when he needed her the most. She was very loving and very caring. Together, they enjoyed hobbies such as playing video games, working on jigsaw puzzles, and collecting Pokémon cards. Jubilee's influence on Hector's life is everlasting and she will be forever missed, although her spirit lives on through their son, Dael.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Cherromyne Barfield; uncle, Jimmy Barfield II; great-aunt, Carlotta Castro; great-grandfather, Robert Byrd; and other relatives.
Jubilee is survived by her partner, Hector Jimenez; son, Dael Jimenez; father, Shawn Barfield; brothers, Seth Barfield and Zach Barfield; grandparents, Jim and Laurie Barfield; grandmother, Janice Hertzog; aunt, Heather Jones; uncle, Michael Barfield; LaVera Byrd, great-grandmother as well as many cousins and other loved ones.
