He was born April 11, 1975 in Memphis, TX to Rosendo and Eunice (Carter) Muniz. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing video games with his kids, camping at the farm, loved his dogs and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He had a wonderful personality to where he never met a stranger. He made connections with people of all ages. He always made everyone feel special and was a joking person that loved to make you laugh. He couldn't go to Wilson's without giving Karen a hard time. He is the best Dad and Husband in the world. There was nothing he wouldn't do for his family. He always made sure his family was safe and that they always came first in his life. He always said "Mamma" comes first. She was his love and he was a "Mamma's Boy". He knew he could call on his Mamma for anything, anytime day or night. When he needed help for the "Manly Stuff" his Dad was the first person he turned too. Dad could fix anything, and he learned everything he knew about life from his father. He loved that man. Jr. had a date every Tuesday and Thursday night with his wife and kids. He loved eating dinner and watching The Legend of Mick Dodge which made him want to be a Mountain Man. He also enjoyed "Alaska the Last Frontier" which made him fall in love with Alaska. This gave him hopes of going to Alaska one day, and he had planned a vacation for he and Christy to go. Jr. will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
