Age 82, Lawton - Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Monday at Post Cemetery, Fort Sill with Rev. William F. Todd, senior pastor at Centenary United Methodist Church officiating. Mrs. Lynch died Tuesday in Lawton. Burial will be under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. She was born January 7, 1926 in Lawton to Oliver and Mary Etta (Gower) Gartrell. Mrs. Lynch graduated from Lawton High School in 1941. She married Thomas D. Lynch, Jr. on December 30, 1961 in Lawton. He died December 19, 2000. Mrs. Lynch worked for the United States Postal Service for over twenty one years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She is survived by a brother-in-law, Jack Munn, Lawton, two nephews, Jack R. Munn and his wife Sherri, Dallas, Texas and James O. Munn and his wife Rose Ann, League City, Texas, numerous other relatives and a large network of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Janet Gartrell Munn.
