Age 38, Cement - Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday in the First Baptist Church, Cement, with Rev. Raymond McPherson officiating. Mr. Neal died Friday at Lake Burtschi near Chickasha. Burial will be in the Cement Cemetery, under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home Cement Chapel (formerly Robbins Cement Chapel). Jimmy was born November 20, 1970 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Leonard D. and Lois (Gosset) Neal. He married Melissa Mandrell on July 17, 1992 in Greenwood, Arkansas. He is survived by his wife of the home; two daughters: Tosha and Brandi Neal both of the home, his Mother: Lois Neal, Warner, Oklahoma; Brother and Sister in-law: Jackie and Kim Neal, Poteau, Oklahoma; two nieces: Kayla and Kelsey Neal and a nephew Josh Neal. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother: Corey Neal.
