Age 92, Sterling - Memorial service will be at 10:00 am Wednesday in the First Baptist Church, Sterling with Jack Pilgrim, Pastor officiating. Mrs. Cox died Sunday in a Marlow nursing home. Arrangements are under the direction of Becker Funeral Home of Fletcher (Formerly Robbins Funeral Home). She was born July 20, 1915 in Hill, Oklahoma to Albert L. and Lenora Vernon (Miller) McBride. She married Thomas Frank Lewis on September 22, 1935 in Northern, Oklahoma. He died January 20, 1967. She then married Rev. Fred Joseph Cox on February 17, 1968 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He died March 14, 1980. She was a Homemaker. She is survived by three children, Delores Nelson and her husband Clif of Bremen, AL. Jarold Lewis and his wife Anita of Lawton, OK, Judy Brown of Sterling, OK, her sister Betty Cantwell of Houston, TX, seven grandchildren, Cathy McGee and husband Gary of Bay City, TX, Clifton W. Nelson, Jr. and his wife Susan of Tallahassee, FL, Troy Lewis and his wife Charmin of Apache, OK, Tracy Cantwell of Lawton, OK, Thomas Seymour and his wife Heidi of Allen, TX, Chris Seymour and his wife Teresa of Little Elm, TX, Suwana Seymour Kyler of Burleson, TX, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five sisters and her grandsons, Darrel Seymour and Scott Cantwell. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N.
