Janell Katherine Lupi, 94, Lawton, Oklahoma went to her Heavenly home on January 11, 2020. She was born on November 21, 1925 in the community of Brinkman, Oklahoma to Alex and Fannie (Forducey) Swyden. She was raised on a farm by her parents along with her three brothers and two sisters. Janell worked as a bookkeeper for Fairmont Creamery Company for 28 years and later at the family business, Lupi Construction, for another 20 years. Many people remember Janell from her time working the ticket office at Faxon City Speedway. She loved to cook and feed her family, friends, and anyone that might come along with them. Anyone who visited Janell at home did not leave hungry because she was prepared to serve a home cooked meal to anyone that visited that night. She loved her family and took great pride in her two sons and two amazing grandchildren.

She is survived by her two sons, Charles Lupi and wife Mary of Lawton, Anthony Lupi and wife Sue of Lawton, two grandchildren, Darcy Lupi of Oklahoma City and Shane Lupi of Lawton, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Janell was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Fred, Phillip, and John Swyden, two sisters, Annie Moses and Lorene Riggs.
