Celebration of Life for James Charles "Junior" Moore will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Southside Baptist Church, Snyder, Oklahoma with Bro. Tom Peevyhouse, Pastor officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder.

James Charles Moore, 74, Snyder passed away on Friday, November 22, 2019 in Oklahoma City.  He was born February 21, 1945 in Wheeler, Texas to James Calvin and Annie B. (Hamilton) Moore.  He attended schools in Okmulgee and Mountain Park, Oklahoma.  He spent his life working with his father at Moore & Son Body Shop.  He enjoyed repairing and restoring cars and drag racing at Faxon Speedway every weekend.  He loved riding his Harley and took many annual trips to Sturgis, South Dakota.

Survivors include his daughter Michelle Douglas and husband Kenneth of Geronimo, Oklahoma, two grandchildren; Cheyenne "Chigger" Hill of Mangum, Oklahoma, Chelsea Hill of Chattanooga, Oklahoma, great grandson Gunner Hill of Chattanooga, Oklahoma, his sister Elizabeth Riley and husband Donnie of Elk City, Oklahoma, 3 nieces; Tina Bolinger of Enid, Oklahoma, Sherri Purser of Marlow, Oklahoma, Dana Riley of Elk City, Oklahoma, a nephew J.D. Shacklee and wife Katrina of Edmond, Oklahoma, his aunt Peggy Hamilton of Durant, Oklahoma and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Kathy Moore, a sister Shirley Lookenott and his grandparents.
