Graveside service for Jackie Lee "Jack" Lewis, 72, Snyder will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 22, 2015 in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Snyder. Jack passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015 in Midwest City. Burial will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Snyder, under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder. He was born February 9, 1943 in Defiance, Ohio to Columbus Delno and Mildred Marie (Hostettler) Lewis. Jack had resided in Snyder most of his life. He is survived by his two daughters, Carol Miller and Melissa Parker, his brother James "Jim" Lewis, two sons, Larry Lewis and James Lewis. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Tina Louise Lewis and a sister-in-law Evelyn Mae Lewis.
