Age 67, Cement - Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Elgin with Kris Lamle, pastor officiating. Mr. Raley died Monday in Chickasha. Burial will be in Celestial Gardens, Cyril under the direction of Becker Funeral Home of Fletcher (formerly Robbins Funeral Home). He was born November 7, 1940 in Cement to Arnold Wade and Beulah (McGinnis) Raley. Mr. Raley attended Cyril Schools. He worked in the oil fields until 1986 and then became a truck driver. He married Cathlean Fike. She died in 1999. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cement. Survivors include a daughter, Deborah G. Koehler, Elgin, a step son, Sam Fike, Cement, a granddaughter, Carissa K. Koehler, Elgin a brother and his wife, Johnnie and Mary Hennessee, Fort Worth, Texas and a sister and her husband, Mary Lou and Jim Jones, Terrell, Texas. He is preceded in death by a son John Arthur Raley.
