Memorial service for Garry Wayne Souders, 60, Lawton will be at 10:30 am Friday, October 30, 2015 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel. Garry passed away Monday, October 26, 2015 in a Lawton hospital. He was born July 16, 1955 in Decatur, Illinois to Jack Charles and Wilma (Ramsey) Souders, Sr. He married Sylvia Davis on June 22, 1977 in Oklahoma City. Garry was an auto mechanic by trade and had owned Garry's Auto Repair in Oklahoma City for 10 years. He enjoyed fishing and NASCAR racing. Garry is survived by his wife Sylvia of the home, two children, Cristina Chapman of Lawton, Scott Souders of Lawton, his brothers and sisters, Jack Souders, Jr and wife Cathy of Oklahoma City, Janet Pettyjohn and husband Stan of Niantic, IL, Rose Whitney of Illinois, Paula Shamhart of Illinois, Shirley Rhoades and husband Robert of Rattan, OK, four grandchildren, Nicole Henderson of Lawton, Dalton Henderson, Caleb Henderson and Madison Henderson all of Oklahoma City and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Matthew Souders.
