Memorial service for Freda Coles will be at 1:30 pm Tuesday, March 13, 2018 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Eddie Coast, Pastor of Trinity Baptist Church officiating.

A private family burial will be held in Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date.

Freda Coles, 94, Lawton, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in Lawton.  She was born September 30, 1923 in Harrogate, England to Joshua and Alberta A. (Johnson) Schofield.  She married Alvah J. Coles on May 9, 1945 in Harrogate, England.  He passed away in 1974.  Mrs. Coles was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Order of the Eastern Star, Rose Garden Club and Lawton Tea Sippers.

She is survived by her son Stephen A. Coles of McKinney, Texas, 3 grandchildren; Kristen Boeckman of Moore, Oklahoma, Brian A. Coles and Maclain of Fate, Texas, Jennifer Coles of Moore, Oklahoma and 3 great grandchildren; Michael Boeckman, Phaedra Coles and Kahlan Coles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a son, John.
