Graveside service for Fred H. Thomas, Jr. will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Highland Cemetery with Dr. Dan Horton officiating.

Burial will be under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Fred H. Thomas, Jr., age 91, of Lawton, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in Lawton.  He was born August 28, 1924 in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Frederick Headly Thomas, Sr. and Leontine (Black) Thomas.  He married Billie J. Clark on August 19, 1965 in Walters, Oklahoma.  Mr. Thomas graduated from Lawton High School in 1943, Cameron Junior College in 1945 and The University of Oklahoma in 1947.  He worked for Halliburton in Duncan and then for Arkla Gas in Lawton.

Survivors include his wife, of the home, daughter, Dr. Jan Thomas, son, Paul Clark and sister, Dorothy Hensley, all of Lawton, brother-in-law Glynn Simpson and his wife Catharine, Blanchard, Oklahoma and a host of cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
