Memorial Mass for Frances L. Oligher, 91, Lawton, will be at 12:00 PM Friday, June 20, 2014 at the Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. Philip Seeton, Pastor officiating. Mrs. Oligher passed away Saturday, June 14 at her home. Inurnment will be 10:00 am Friday, June 20 at the Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home. She was born February 7, 1923 in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania to Allen H. and Jenny (Harter) Wolford. Frances was raised on a farm in Pennsylvania. She married LTC (Ret) Howard L. Oligher on August 9, 1941 at Fort Meade, Maryland. They traveled around the globe as she raised eleven children. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her greatest pleasure was spending quality time with her family. Survivors include her husband of the home, Howard L. Oligher; eleven children, Phyllis Jackson and her husband Bill, Penrose, Colorado, John Oligher and his wife Pam, Tacoma, Washington, Carol Oligher, Long Beach, California, Patricia Wyckoff, Olivehurst, California, Irene Oligher, Oklahoma City, James Oligher and his Partner, Tim, Arlington, Texas, Joan Oligher, Lawton, Sharon Phillips and her husband Rick, Jonesboro, Georgia, Linda Cerami and her husband Joe, College Station, Texas, David Oligher and his wife Sherri, Newburgh, Indiana, and Allen Oligher, Lawton; eleven grandchildren, Allyn, Alicia, Amy, Barry, Stephanie, Maggie, Katie, Christina, Jenny, William and Charlie Ann; numerous great grandchildren; and former daughter in law, Karen Oligher. Her parents; a grandson, Jacob Jackson; 2 brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
