Graveside service for Flora "Sis" Fulps, 98, Snyder will be at 2:00 pm Monday, December 8, 2014 in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Snyder with Ron Suiter, Minister of the Warren Church of Christ, Warren, OK officiating. Mrs. Fulps passed away, Thursday, December 4, 2014 at her home in Snyder. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder. She was born February 9, 1916 in Bessier, Alabama to Wise Addy and Elizabeth Gibson. She graduated from Snyder High School in 1935. Sis married Willie Richard Fulps on February 1, 1941 in Snyder. He passed away in 1999. Together they had one son, Jim Bill who passed away on March 16, 1958. They spent their married life in Hobart, Baytown, TX but mostly in Snyder. They owned and operated F & M Dry Goods for almost 30 years. All of her life she was known as "Sis". She is survived by a nephew, Jerry Wayne McCorkle, a niece Elizabeth Ann Shenwary and husband Joe, two great nephews, Jerry Dewayne McCorkle and his children, Jeremiah, Tabitha, John and Blake and Thomas Wayne McCorkle and wife Carmen and their children Lawson, Kirklyn and Bryce Archer. She is also survived by a great niece Layla Ann Shenwary and a very dear friend Clara Drews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband and her son.
