Age 55, Sterling - Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the First Assembly of God, Fletcher, with Bob Blair, officiating. Mrs. May died Tuesday at her residence. Burial will be in the Sterling Cemetery under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home of Fletcher. She was born July 13, 1953 in Muleshoe, Texas, to Sherman and Flora (Roden) Adamson. She grew up in Lawton and married H.B. May, Jr. on December 5, 1975 in Tigard, Oregon. She lived in Oregon for several years before returning to the Lawton area. She was a homemaker and had attended the First Assembly of God in Fletcher. She is survived by her husband, of the home; two daughters and sons in law, Patricia and Charles Stutesman, Fletcher, and Christy May and Ricky Campos, Corpus Christi, Texas; a son and daughter in law, Terry and Jamie Overton, Fletcher; her mother, Flora Adamson, Sterling; five sisters, Margie Davis, Bray, Ruth Schlayhoover, Chickasha, Rosie Gray, Sterling, Patricia Kuhlman and Mary Cagle, both of Rush Springs; six brothers, Onis Adamson, Sterling, Johnny Adamson, Elgin, Sherman Adamson, Sterling, Mike Adamson, Fletcher, and James and Billy Adamson, both of Sterling; 12 grandchildren, Zoe, Caleb, Candice, Misty, Judith, Brittany, Hilary, Danny, Jessica, Donovan, Clayton and Nicole.
