Funeral service for Evelyn A. DeVenney will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 13, 2018 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.

Evelyn A. DeVenney, age 68, Lawton, died Wednesday, August 8, 2018 in Lawton.  She was born August 11, 1949 in Lawton to Earl Allen and Elizabeth Ann (Pursley) Spears. Evelyn grew up in Lawton and graduated from high school in Lawton. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Evelyn married Larry D. DeVenney on May 14, 1991 and was married for 27 years. Evelyn and Larry loved each other very much and enjoyed spending as much time together as possible.

Evelyn is survived by her husband of the home and a cousin, Rev. Bob Scrutchins.

Evelyn's parents and aunts and uncles preceded her in death.
