Enid Marie (Bobbi) Bork's Obituary
Memorial service for Enid Marie (Bobbi) Bork will be held at 11:30 AM Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Lawton First Assembly in the Garden Room with Rev. Don Barnes, pastor and Rev. Gary Pratt, associate pastor officiating.
She will be laid to rest at 1:00 PM with her husband Rudolph J. Bork with Navy Honors at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin.
Enid Marie Bork 85 passed away February 21, 2016 at Montevista in Lawton, OK after a long battle with COPD.
Enid was born in Tillamook, OR on May 9th 1930. She lived in Fontana, CA, where she met her husband Rudolph J. Bork and got married Oct. 5, 1947. They were in their 60th year of marriage when Rudolph died from lung cancer. She also lived in Lompoc, CA., Oregon House, CA., Golden Valley, AZ and Lawton, OK.
She was a Christian woman with a child like faith. She loved doing crafts and also showing others how to do them. To know her was to love her and she will be missed. She lived with her daughter Deborah and her son-in-law, Stephen Carroll in Lawton, OK.
She is survived by her 2 daughters Sharon E. Helm of Yuba City, CA. and Deborah L. Carroll of Lawton, OK. She also had the joy of 3 grandchildren Craig Edwards, Shawn Edwards of Yuba City, CA. and Kimberly Warmack of Ruston, LA., 8 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Rudolph J Bork, Father Claude L. Shrader, mother, Dora M. Shrader and 3 sisters and 1 brother.
