Age 79, Lawton - Services are pending. Mrs. Halvorson died Friday in a Lawton hospital. Burial will be under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. She was born August 1, 1930 in Hokaido, Bibae Tanzan, Japan to Takeo Nose and Kikuyo Nose. She married John L. Halvorson. He died December 21, 2004. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Leroy B. Halvorson and his wife Miriam of Bremerton, WA, Pete Halvorson of Lawton, her sister Betty Landers of Lawton, two brothers in Japan, five grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, T.J., Christina and Scott. She also has four great grandchildren.
