Edna O. Mitchell, age 92, of Lawton, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023 at her home.

She was born August 12, 1931 in Blair, Oklahoma to John Benjamin and Ethel (Allen) Bishop.  She married John Marshall Mitchell on December 29, 1952 in Altus, Oklahoma.  He died April 24, 2017.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Wayne Carnahan, son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Kathy Mitchell, five grandsons and their spouses, Aaron and Mary Kay Fraze, Todd and Tricia Mitchell, Cory Mitchell, Jared and Polly Peregoy and Jason and Savannah Peregoy and thirteen great grandchildren.
