Memorial service for Earl Wayne Boyd will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 23, 2016 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder Chapel with Brother Johnny Tims, Chickasha, OK officiating.

A private family burial will be held in the Tipton Cemetery at a later date.

Earl Wayne Boyd, 54, Hobart, passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at his home in Hobart. He was born July 19, 1961 in Perry, OK to Billy Wayne and Reta Gayle (Haining) Boyd.  He graduated from Tipton High School in 1979.  Earl Wayne loved music, and for a time played with his own band.  He was a drummer and disc jockey.  He was a carpenter and an excellent woodworker.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter Tarra Nicole, his companion Connie Sue Cox of Hobart, OK, his two sisters, Pat Boyd of OKC, Tawanna Gayle Boyd of Canyon, TX, four aunts, Coella Walk, Bonnie Hebner, Carol Spillar and husband Jimmy, Joy Holcomb, his uncle Don Boyd and wife Sharon, nieces and nephews, Tracy Madden and husband Daniel, Tonia Foster and husband Damien, Robert Landon Young, Kolby Wayne Jellison and wife Amber, Stacha McGee and husband Scotty, Jerame Jellison and wife Samantha, and numerous other great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and a brother Billy Ray Boyd.
