Age 85, Mountain Park - Graveside services will be at 10:00am Wednesday in the Fairlawn cemetery, Snyder with Rev. Bradford Cosway, Pastor of the Snyder Assembly of God officiating. Mrs. Gentry died Saturday at her home. Burial will be under the direction of Becker Funeral Home of Snyder. *** Family will greet friends Tuesday evening from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home. *** She was born July 23, 1923 in Mountain Park, Oklahoma to Homer and Corine (Glenn) Boman. She graduated from Snyder High School in 1942. She married Charles Louis Gentry on May 22, 1942 in the home of Rev. S.J. May, Pastor of the First Baptist Church Snyder. He passed away April 14, 1991. She attended Stamps Quartet Music School in Texas. She played piano for the Snyder Assembly of God Church for many years. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two children, Charles Wesley Gentry of Arlington, WA, Charlene Zitterkob and her husband Wesley of Chattanooga, OK, sister-in-law Mary Boman of Hobart, OK, 13 grandchildren, Spencer Gentry, Steven Gentry, Tamera Krasser, Jill Kirby, Ronnie Gentry, Stacey Toon, Tiffany Gentry, Tarah Gentry, Philip Gentry, Jr., Teather Gentry, Jennifer Brooks, May Gentry, Charley Gentry, 6 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son-Philip Gentry, 2 brothers, Glen and Bob and a sister-in-law Evelyn.
