Age 90, former Lawton resident - Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday in Highland Cemetery. Mrs. Leopard died Monday in Pleasanton, Texas. Burial will be under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home. She was born July 5, 1918 in Lawton, Oklahoma. She grew up in Lawton and was primarily a homemaker but had worked at Piggly-Wiggly, Speck Sanders Laundry and Ramon's Flowers. She married CSM (Retired) Silas H. Leopard on February 6, 1960 at Henrietta, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 18, 1977. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Johnny and Betty Japort, Pleasanton, Texas; two grandchildren, Stephanie Marie Japort and Johnny Japort, Jr.; two great grandsons, Cody and Hunter Japort. A daughter, Sharon Lea McMullen, and a son, Lonnie Elder, preceded her in death.
