Age 82, Lawton - Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday in the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Dr. William F. Watkins officiating. Mrs. Eckert died Thursday in a Lawton hospital. Burial will be in Sunset memorial Gardens. Family will greet friends Monday evening at the funeral home from 6pm until 7pm. She was born September 30, 1927 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Walter L. and Lilie Mae (Alvey) Ogle. She married SFC (Retired) August I. Eckert on April 9, 1966 in Lawton. He passed away October 3, 1996. She was a retired meat wrapper for Safeway and Homeland grocery stores. She loved to crochet and her dogs. She is survived by her three children, Gloria Harman and husband Mike of Newalla, OK, Sharon Ramos and husband Joe of Lawton and Bernie W. Naylor of Lawton, nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, two sisters, Marie Roth of Eufaula, OK, Sue Stuckey of Weleetka, OK, and two brothers, Charlie and Tommy Ogle both of Weleetka, OK She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother D. Witt Ogle and a sister-in-law Bertha Ogle.
