Graveside service for Don Brown will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 19, 2018 in the Allen Cemetery in Allen, Oklahoma with Rev. Dustin Way and Rev. Ricky Way officiating.

Burial will be under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home in Lawton.

Don Brown, age 90, of Chickasha died Saturday, January 13, 2018 in Chickasha.  He was born June 26, 1927 in Russellville, Arkansas to George M. and Golda (Bowen) Brown.  He married N. LaVerne Miller on January 29, 1949 in Ada, Oklahoma.  She died October 21, 1999.  Don was employed by ExxonMobil Oil Company as an electrical engineer.  He enjoyed his work immensely.  He retired after thirty-two years of service.  Don loved spending time in Colorado in the summers.  After retirement, he and his wife spent many happy summers in their home in South Fork, Colorado.  He loved his family and his extended family. He took his role as a son, husband, father and grandpa very seriously.

Survivors include two daughters, Donita Campbell and her husband, Wes, Yukon, Oklahoma and K. Kay Alsobrook, Lawton, Oklahoma, four grandchildren and their spouses, Jennifer and Derek Robbins, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Chris Campbell, Yukon, Kim and Dustin Way and Jill Alsobrook, all of Lawton, four great grandchildren, Ruby Robbins, Alex Way, Parker Way and Olivia Way and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, brother, Calvin L. Brown and two sisters, Lula Anderson and Naomi Guynn.
