Memorial service for Diane Katherine (Myers) Williams will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Elgin First Assembly of God with Pastor Larry Thoma officiating.

Diane Katherine (Myers) Williams age 73, of Elgin, Oklahoma, passed away after a long struggle with cancer on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at her home.  She was born June 18, 1946 in Montgomery County, Virginia to Manuel Livingston Myers and Katherine Price Myers. She grew up and attended school in Blacksburg, VA.  She moved to Richmond, Virginia as a young lady.  When her daughter started school, she opened her own daycare, which she ran for 24 years.  She moved to Oklahoma in 2004 to be closer to her daughter and granddaughters.  She then worked at Reynolds Army Community Hospital until her illness.  She loved her granddaughters and loved to teach them nursery rhymes and how to misbehave, among other things.  She attended Elgin First Assembly of God.

She is survived by her daughter Christy Delcamp (Sean), Elgin, Oklahoma, four granddaughters Jade-Skylar, Elgin, Oklahoma, Kindle, Dallas, Texas, Katherine-Mae, Elgin, OK, Blakeley, Elgin, Oklahoma, and great grandson, Jace, sisters, Regina Berardi, Fallston, Maryland, Carolyn Kanis (Jack), Chesterfield, Virginia and Jude Kitchen, Sarasota, Florida and brother Roger (Bernie) Myers, Pembroke, Virginia, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
