Graveside service for Dequator Joyce Vanderver, 67, Lawton will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Vanderver died Saturday, October 1, 2011 in Lawton. Burial will be under the direction of Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service. She was born January 10, 1944 in Higdon, Alabama to George Thomas and Etha Estell (Rice) Johnson. She married Charles Vanderver on February 8, 1967 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Survivors include her husband, of the home, a son, Tony Lee Vanderver, daughter, Estelle Marie Vanderver, two grandchildren, Shane Nicholson and Derek Vanderver, all of Lawton, two sisters, Jewel Miller and Thelma Chesser and a brother Wayne Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
