Age 76, Lawton - Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Willoughby, associate pastor officiating. Mr. Hankins died Sunday. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. He was born January 16, 1932 in Lawton to Ralph J. and Nova E. (Nix) Hankins. He graduated from Lawton High School in 1950 and attended Oklahoma A&M. He graduated from Cameron College. He married Audrey Horton on February 14, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Hankins was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, of the home, seven children and their spouses, Richard Hankins, Jan Rhodes, Steve Hankins, Sherri and Robert Conwell, Bonnie and Daniel Ray, Amy and Jeff Lawes and Rusty and Amy Horton, a sister, Carroll Pokorny, sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
