Graveside service for Debbie Newton, 49, Roosevelt will be at 2:00pm Thursday in the Springhill Cemetery, South of Cooperton with Daryl Perry, Indiahoma, Oklahoma officiating. Debbie died Sunday in Roosevelt. Inurnment will be in Springhill Cemetery, South of Cooperton, OK under the direction of Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Snyder. She was born January 20, 1962 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Johnny B. and Jeanette R. (Kopp) Newton. She graduated from Indiahoma High School in 1980. She attended Cameron University for two years, and served as the Director of Admissions at Comanche County Memorial Hospital for 24 years. She also served as a volunteer for the United Way. Survivors include her father and step-mother, Johnny and Lydia Newton of Indiahoma, OK, brother Matthew Newton of Roosevelt, OK, two nephews, Gage Newton and Dillon Newton both of Lawton, OK and an aunt Lea Young of Tulsa, OK. She was preceded in death by her mother.
