With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Deana Hitsman on March 30, 2025. Deana was born on July 27, 1983, at Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Donna and Dale Hitsman. She grew up alongside her older brother, Derek Hitsman, and her younger brothers, Jason and Shawn Golightly. She lived most of her life in the Lawton and Cache area. Deana was a licensed real estate agent having worked for Kinder and eXp Realty companies.

Deana was a loving mother, leaving behind her cherished children: her son, Ian Curtis, and her two daughters, Mikayla Curtis and Kadence Redding. She adored them endlessly, and her love for them will live on in their hearts forever. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Bailey McKinley Hitsman, whom she now holds once more in eternal peace.

Those who knew Deana will remember her for her dazzling smile, her shining personality, and the warmth she brought to every room. She had a way of making people feel special and loved, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will remain in the memories and love she shared with family and friends.
