Age 72, Lawton - Funeral services will be at 9:30 AM Wednesday at the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Rev. Heungki Lee, pastor of Harmony Church officiating. Sergeant Major Malone died Saturday at his home. Burial with full military honors will be at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin. He was born August 20, 1936 in Columbus, Mississippi to Jimmy and Lucille (Williams) Malone. He married Kim Ok Chu on September 2, 1971 in Leesville, Louisiana. Sergeant Major Malone was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Survivors include his wife, of the home, a brother, David H. Malone and his wife Joyce, Meridian, Mississippi and a sister Sandra Thomas, Carrolton, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.
