Funeral for Corine Maltese, 88, Lawton will be at 10:00 AM Monday at the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Monte Ginnings, minister at Northwest Church of Christ officiating. Mrs. Maltese died Friday, August 3, 2012 in Lawton. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service. She was born November 11, 1923 in Graham, Oklahoma to Claude F. and Myrtle (Jones) Stinnett. She married Johnny Maltese in 1952 in Lawton. Mrs. Maltese was a wonderful homemaker and a good cook and gardener. She was a member of Northwest Church of Christ where she taught Sunday school. Survivors include her husband, of the home, two nephews, Larry Adair and his wife Stephanie, Lawton and Ted Fisher and his wife Janice, Ruidoso, New Mexico and a niece, Barbara Valdez and her husband Bernard, Lawton and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Faye Hornbeck.
