Funeral service for Connie Lynn Sanmann, 52, Oklahoma City, will be 1:30 p.m. Friday in the First Baptist Church, Geronimo, with Billy Fred Crow, Steve Mallow and Don Crow officiating. Connie died Saturday, November 2, in Oklahoma City. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Connie was born June 1, 1961 in Lawton. She grew up in Geronimo and was a 1979 graduate of Geronimo High School. Connie attended nursing school at the Great Plains Area Vo Tech and earned her certification to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked at Comanche County Memorial Hospital and later worked at Integris Baptist in Oklahoma City in post cardiac surgery. She moved to Wichita, Kansas, where she worked for an insurance company before returning to Oklahoma City to work for the Mercy Birthing Center and later for the Midwest City Regional Birthing Center. While in Oklahoma City she was a member of the Church of the Servant. She enjoyed quilting and other crafts. She is survived by her mother, Kay Crow Clopton, Lawton; her father, Wayne Sanmann and his wife Joan, Perkins, Oklahoma; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
