Funeral service for Collin Neil Kelley will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 23, 2016 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Fletcher Chapel.

Burial with military honors will follow in the Fletcher Cemetery, Fletcher, Oklahoma.

Collin Neil Kelley, 74, McKinney, Texas passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 in Carrollton, Texas.  He was born April 4, 1942 in Enid, Oklahoma to Jessie E. and Georgia Pearl (McLain) Kelley.

He is survived by his three daughters, Jan Marie Nelson and husband Thomas of Flower Mound, TX, Misty Kelley of Allen, TX, Christy Gay and husband Kenneth of McKinney, TX, four grandchildren, Isabella Nelson, Abigail Nelson, Kyndylyn Kelley, Olivia Gay and his sister Martha Miller.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Rosa Lee, Evelyn, DeLois, Joann and two brothers, Junior and Calvin.
