Age 56, Lawton - Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday in the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Larry Toma, Pastor of the First Assembly of God, Elgin, officiating. Mrs. Sakers died Friday at her home. Arrangements are with the Becker Funeral Home. She was born March 21, 1951 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Marvin and Patsy (Pryor) Morton. She married John Sakers on March 6, 1970 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband of the home; 2 daughters, Michelle Anders of Lawton and Patty Cunningham of Elgin; a granddaughter, ShaeLynn Rios of Elgin; a grandson, Branton Jones of Elgin; her mother, Patsy Morton of Lawton; and 2 sisters, Janie Ewanco of Fort Worth, Texas and Shirley Stouffer of Loveland, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her father.
