Funeral service for Clara B. Jones will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, July 15, 2017 in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Charles Rettig, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Cache officiating.

Burial will be under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Clara B. Jones, age 88, longtime Lawton resident, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in Lawton.  She was born to Ridley and Clara (McGehee) Draper on March 4, 1929 in Gouldbusk, Texas.  Mrs. Jones attended high school in Coleman, Texas.  She married James J. Jones on February 8, 1947 in Killeen, Texas.  They moved to Lawton in 1953.

Survivors include her husband of 70 years, James J. Jones, of the home, four daughters and their spouses, Paula Johnson, Wichita Falls, Texas, Cathy and Cecil Clingan, Norman, Oklahoma, Debra and Trent Dockstetter, Lawton, Oklahoma and Judy and Joe Smith, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two sons and their spouses, James C. and Harriet Jones, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Gary and Mary Jane Jones, Cache, Oklahoma, daughter-in-law, Lisa Jones, Lawton, fourteen grandchildren, Heather Cooke, Austin, Texas, Chellie Sherbon, Norman, Tiffany Lodes, Seattle, Washington, Kelly Gilland, Cache, Shannon Ryan, Wichita Falls, Amanda Puccino, Lawton, Michelle Jones, Lawton, Jamie Heying, Lawton, Monty Johnson, Wichita Falls, Chris (Levi) Jones, Cache, David Smith, Portland, Oregon, Ted Jones, Broken Arrow, Steven Jones, Lawton and Craig Clingan, San Antonio, Texas and thirteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Jones.
