Graveside service for Christopher D. Johnson Sr. will be at 11:00 am Friday, July 27, 2018 in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Snyder with Rev. Nick Johnson, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, Snyder officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder.

Christopher D. Johnson Sr., 42 of Snyder, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 in Frederick, Oklahoma.  Chris was born November 25, 1975 in Dover, Delaware, the only child of Will and Debbie (Tunney) Johnson.  He graduated from Navajo High School and moved to Snyder in 1994.  He raised two children, Cherokee and Chris Jr.  Chris enjoyed helping people.  Both of his children completed 8 years of band where he helped with numerous fundraising events.  He loved watching Scooby Doo shows with his kids and collected Scooby memorabilia.  He enjoyed taking motorcycle rides with his friends.  He would also watch food shows on TV, and would then try making his own creations, loving to use his grill.

He is survived by his parents Will and Debbie Johnson, his children Cherokee and Chris, his grandparents Willie and Clarice Johnson, grandma Marie and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norman and Joe Tunney and his uncle Don Tunney.
