Christine (Cricket) Coffelt was born December 16 in Dill City, Oklahoma to Asa and Zula (Salle) Hankins. She was raised in Mountain Park. Cricket worked in the family owned A & Z Café in Mountain Park. On April 28th she married her soul mate Wilbur Coffelt in Cache, Oklahoma. They were very proud of their two children; daughter Janet and husband Tom Malloy and a son Bill and wife Tina Coffelt. Cricket enjoyed fishing and camping, and she and Wilbur were lake hosts at Tom Steed. They met many friends and had a lot of campfires together. She especially loved her OU Sooners. Cricket's greatest joy were her five grandchildren; Tommy Malloy, Todd Coffelt, Krissi Coffelt, Jera and husband Justin Stobaugh and Mike Malloy. She always fried fish and cooked their favorites; chicken and dumplings, fried rice and meatloaf. She would also spend hours playing games with them. Cricket is also survived by a loving sister and brother-in-law, Ernestine and J.R. Anderson and her nieces Pam Montgomery and Penny Swanson. She has 13 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She and Wilbur attended the First Baptist Church in Mountain Park. After Wilbur's passing, she moved to Altus to be closer to her children. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, parents, and nephews Ebb Montgomery and Dan Swanson.
