Funeral service for Christa A. Farriell will be 10:00 AM Friday, February 19, 2016 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

A private burial will follow in Post Cemetery, Fort Sill.

Christa A. Farriell, age 81, of Lawton, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 in Lawton. She was born August 2, 1934 in Mannheim, Germany to Eduard Karl and Ida Zimmerman. She married Freddie Mack Farriell on October 29, 1955 in Mannheim. He died December 13, 1986. Mrs. Farriell had served as a Red Cross volunteer for thirteen years.

Survivors include two sons, Fred Farriell, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin and Kurt Farriell, Lawton and a daughter, Patricia Farriell, Lawton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, sisters, Rita Baker and Helen Thomas, brothers, Klaus Zimmerman and Eduard Zimmerman and a friend Helene McConahay.
