Funeral service for Chi Yong Mallory will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 8, 2026, at New Light Methodist Church with Rev. Kiyoung Jeong, Pastor officiating.

Burial will follow at Post Cemetery, Fort Sill, Oklahoma under the direction of the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Family will greet friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Chi passed away peacefully on Monday, January 5, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was a woman of remarkable strength, grace, and unwavering love. She was born on February 23, 1951, in South Korea.

Throughout her illness, Chi faced each day with resilience and quiet determination, never allowing cancer to define her. She remained devoted to her family, offering constant love and support even in her most difficult moments. Faith was central to Chi's life. She was a devoted member of New Light Methodist Church which she loved deeply. She sang with and was the director of Joy Mission Choir for 16 years, touching the lives of many in the community. Her faith sustained her through life's challenges and guided her journey home.

Chi is survived by her loving family and church family, who will forever carry her spirit in their hearts. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers, hospice team, and all who offered prayers and support.

Though deeply missed, Chi has gone home to be with the Lord, and her legacy of faith, courage, and love will live on always.
