Charlotte "Charlie" Bailey (Rainville) of Lawton, Oklahoma: August 23, 1944 through January 2, 2026.

Our beloved mother and wife passed this life on January 2, 2026, to join her beloved mother, Ione Rainville, and siblings: Pat and Bob Drury, Susan Rainville, and Michael Rainville. She left this world surrounded by love, especially that of her doting husband William Bailey.

Charlotte was born in Wausau, Wisconsin where she married the love of her life William. They enjoyed a wonderful 46 years of marriage.

She loved children. She was most in her element when providing their care, whether her own or during her days as a childcare provider. She also loved animals, especially horses and her pets Tika and Cookie. She loved her family and enjoyed bringing them together, especially for the holidays. Charlotte was smart, sassy, loving, loyal, kind, quick to care for others, and protect the bullied.

Charlotte is survived by her loving husband William "Bill" Bailey Sr., her children Cathy (Robin) Eskra, Linda Walworth, Heidi (David) Basel, Bill Jr. (Beanne) Bailey, her nieces, nephews, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, her brother Charlie (Claire) Rainville, her sisters Barbara Van Rexel, Jane Rainville, Mary Rainville, and Judy Rainville.

Charlotte will be dearly missed, but her family is consoled to know she has joined her Lord and Savior in eternal peace and rest.
