Funeral Mass for Celso Cardona will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, December 6, 2016 in the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Altus, OK.

Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Snyder, under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder.

A Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, December 5, 2016 at the funeral home in Snyder.

Celso Cardona, 67, Altus passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016 in Oklahoma City. He was born February 9, 1949 in Mission, Texas to Reyes and Ascencion (Gonzalez) Cardona.  He married Ruth Felicita Alonzo on May 15, 1972 in Altus, OK.  Celso loved spending time with his wife and son C.J.  He loved all people, and especially enjoyed his time working at Walmart.  He loved going to the casino with Ruth, movies, fishing, races, auto body work, being with friends and enjoying life.  He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Ruth of the home, son Celso "C.J." Cardona and wife Alexandria of Granite, OK, 3 grandchildren, Azariah, Hannah and Bobby, all of Granite, 8 Siblings, Lorenza Thompson and George of Lawton, Dominga Aguirri and Terry Michael of Snyder, Paula Herful and Loren of Chickasha, Thomas Cardona and Suzie of Tishomingo, OK, Johnny Cardona of Altus, OK, Erma Duarte and Freddie of Frederick, Joe Cardona and Angie of Muskogee, OK, and Manuel Cardona of Altus, OK.  He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
