Cecilia "CC" Manalaysay Sepura passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 68 surrounded by her family.

There will be a private family graveside service.

The family will greet friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Born on January 24, 1957, in the Philippines to Marcial Samora and Felipa (Deguzman) Manalaysay. She married Michael S. Sepura on June 3, 1994, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. CC was known for her vibrant spirit and loving heart. She found joy in simple pleasures-cooking for those she loved, listening to music, dancing, gardening, and the occasional trip to the casino.

A proud and devoted mother, CC raised her four daughters to be strong and independent. She approached every task, big or small, with hard work and determination, a trait that inspired all who knew her.

CC is survived by her husband, Michael S. Sepura, four daughters, Cheryl Smith, Dawn Hartman, Daisy Mayer and husband Chris and Alicia Hartman, her siblings: Marcial Manalaysay, Joslito Santiago, Josephine Santiago, Daisy Mendoza, and Roberto Santiago. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Keanna, Alyssa, Olivia, and Olen Smith; Shayna Rego, Raelynn, Rachelle, and Leila Pilar; and Ayden, Amalia, Arrow, and Amaris Mayer. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren: Kamea, Kailani, and Kamaehu.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

CC will be remembered for her warmth, her strength, and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed.
