Age 60, Lawton, died Sunday, May 17, 2015, at her residence. Carol was born June 24, 1954 in San Francisco, California. She grew up in San Francisco and obtained her nursing degree from San Mateo Community College. She had worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse for 34 years having worked at Rancho Cordova Pediatrics for Kaiser Permanente. She married James Franklin McCoy on September 23, 1989 in Sacramento, California. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading and taking care of others. She is survived by her husband; a son, Jeremy MacDougall, Midvale, Utah, a daughter and son in law, Meredith and Donald Hudak, Lawton; a step daughter, Cassie McCoy; two step sons, Nikkalous and Samuel McCoy; 16 grandchildren.
