Funeral service for Carol Kay Enix will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2025 in Cameron Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Teel, Pastor officiating.

Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery under direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

The family will greet friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

Carol Kay Enix passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Lawton, Oklahoma, at the age of 86. She was born on May 23, 1939, in Akron, Ohio, to Merle and Virginia (Eastburg) Kleiber.

Carol was a graduate of Ellet High School in Akron and, following her graduation, was employed for a short time with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. She married Charles O. "Chuck" Enix on November 1, 1964, in Akron, Ohio. The couple made their home in Lawton in 1977. Chuck preceded her in death on September 23, 2023.

Carol was a faithful member of Cameron Baptist Church. In her leisure time, she found joy in square dancing, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Lisa Enix; five grandchildren and their spouses, Amber Ambrose (Tyler), Kim Nix (Rondal), Jenny Bruce (Landon), Dr. Amanda Alexander, and Blake Jackiewicz (Alisha); 11 great grandchildren, Kaylee, Mallory, Breanna, Wyatt, Whitlee, Westyn, Lexie, Lucy, Tucker, Korbin and Charlie; and a great great grandson, Walker.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson-in-law, Tobias Alexander.
