Memorial service for Carl W. Miller, 53, Lawton, will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2015, in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ralph Alexander officiating. Mr. Miller died Thursday, April 16, 2015, in Lawton. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Carl was born February 9, 1962 in Lawton to Charles A. and Flo Miller. He grew up in Lawton and was a graduate of Lawton High School. He attended the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee for automotive repair. He worked as an auto mechanic in Lawton having worked for Milo Gordon, Clinton Herring and at the time of his death was employed with Jim Glover Chevrolet. He enjoyed his vegetable garden. He is survived by a daughter, Cassandra James, of the home; his mother, Flo Miller-Farrington, Lawton; a brother, Charles A. "Chuck" Miller, III and wife Adrienne, Seattle, Washington; two nieces, Katrina and Lana. His father and a sister, Sandra Wynn Sparkman, preceded him in death.
