Funeral service for Brenda Finley will be at 11:00 am Thursday, October 12, 2017  in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder Chapel.

Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Snyder.

Brenda Finley, 69 of Snyder passed away Monday, October 9, 2017 at her son's home in Mountain Park.  She was born December 28, 1947 in Alexandria, VA to Homer and Christine (Beasley) Grubb.  She married Doyal (Tony) Finley on October 9, 1969 in Fort Worth, TX.  She was proud to be a military wife, and supported her husband wherever he may be.  She worked many years for Snyder Public Schools and about 10 years as a Walmart associate.  She enjoyed reading, watching westerns and loved her dogs.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Doyal (Tony) Finley of the home, her son James Finley and wife Wendy of Mountain Park, OK, brother Michael Grubb and wife Donna of Spotsylvania, VA, grandchildren, Carolyn Paulson of Snyder, OK, Tori Paulson of Dallas, TX, Misty Plant of OKC, OK, Christian James Plant of New Orleans, LA, great grandchildren, Cynthia Trevino, Steven Trevino, Alex Castaneda, Ethan Plant and her son-in-law Alan Lewis of Florence, IN.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Christine Ellis.
